Nutty Art World
About Nutty Art World: Now and future goals
Nutty Art World was established in 2020 by Heather, a fine art and digital illustration artist who likes to think outside the nut shell!
It is Heather's dream to make N.A.W a full time gig working on; commissions, murals, painting on weird objects and being an inspiring online artist.Nutty art world takes inspiration from many places, but some notable ones would be Tim Burton and Alex Grey. N.A.W has a distinct style that is often based around fusing together various elements in a juxtaposition of themes and colours. Often the works are vibrant in colour with a playfully dark and twisted theme - that much hasn't changed, but a lot more will be added to mix things up, including changing up the style/genre as well as the subject matter.
Future goals for N.A.W include:
Making art videos on YouTube
Build an art community and make some fun challenges
Getting my artwork on clothing and accessories
Etsy Online Shop
Etsy is my online store, filled with home made stickers (UV and waterproof) and my colouring book filled with 16 awesome designs.Soon I will have paintings, prints and handmade goods including; clays, tote bags, printed shirts and what ever I can paint on and make look a bit nutty.
Oh nuts it Instagram time!
Instagram is where I like to show off my art work, work in progress, reels and photos from events/markets
TikTok Vids
I like to show time-lapse videos of me painting, working on projects, procreate and like to show off some market stalls.
Little about Heather the artist!
Hi! My name is Heather, but I've been known as Nutty for my crazy ideas for art, as well as roller skating.I've always been an arty person since I was young. I was born mid Oct 1990 In Launceston, Tasmania and moved to Western Australia in 1994.From a young age, I dealt with various hardships such as disabilities and social anxiety, but art was always an escape and a way to keep me going. Which it did, I kept drawing and practicing and honing my skills throughout both primary and secondary schools. After finishing year 12, I started running local gigs such as “Creatures of the Night” while I was doing a tattoo apprenticeship and working part-time. After this, I started Horror Glamor and expanded my existing art experience with crafts.I started Nutty Art World, as I feel my art has expanded and so should my goals! So with that, a new name, a new objective and a many new adventures.
